Ironman Maastricht Training Plan (6 months)


Racing Ironman Maastricht-Limburg as your Ironman debut? This training plan will get you ready in 6 months of training. After training for 24 weeks of 10 to 15 hours, you will be as ready as you can be to cross the finish in the centre of Maastricht.

  • More than 250 Ironman Maastricht-specific workouts. Also BRICK-workouts and core-stability. All created by an IRONMAN Certified Coach.
  • Tests to measure your development towards Ironman Maastricht during your training program.
  • Additional alternative workouts. Such as indoor workouts for those rainy days. Access them for 1 year.
