Ironman Frankfurt Training Plan (6 months)


Racing your first full-distance triathlon at Ironman Frankfurt? This training plan will prepare you for it. With 24 weeks of training, each with 10 to 15 hours, you are prepared the best you can be to cross the magic carpet in the Altstadt in Frankfurt.

  • More than 250 highly detailed training sessions. Not only swim, bike and run sessions – also BRICK-workouts and core-stability. All created by an IRONMAN Certified Coach who raced Frankfurt himself. And who also was an official coach for the Ironman Frankfurt organisation.
  • Specific workouts and tests for the Ironman Frankfurt race course.
  • A year long access to bonus workouts to replace the sessions in the training plan if you need it. For example when it rains.
