Ironman Copenhagen Training Plan (6 months)


Racing in Denmark at Ironman Copenhagen? This training program helps you finish it, if Copenhagen is your first Ironman. Up to 15 hours of training per week, 24 weeks in total. With this training plan you are ready to become an Ironman in the centre of Copenhagen.

  • More than 250 highly detailed training sessions for the Ironman Copenhagen race course. Of course swim, bike and run workouts. But you will also do bike-to-run workouts and strength.
  • A full year of access to extra workout alternatives. For the bad weather training days or for when you have limited time-availability.
