When you are training for a triathlon, you invest a lot of time in your training. And sometimes you spend a lot of money for your sport as well – new gear, race entries, perhaps a sunny training camp… You are an enthusiastic age-group athlete, but often you feel like a pro. With the resources you put in your triathlon passion, you just want to know that it is time and money well spent. And that is where our triathlon training plans come into place.

Our coaches crafted some great training programs for you. These plans give you the confidence that you are doing the right things to realise your goals. Each of these plans is filled with very detailed workouts. You will know precisely what to do. We don’t just say “Hey, go ride your bike for 3 hours”, like a lot of training plans you’ll find will do. We’ll give you a detailed program to do during your workout. With a warm-up set, a main set and cool-down. All with various kinds of blocks, exercises or drills. And we will tell you exactly what your training intensity should be for each part, to maximise the results of your efforts.
